I'm extremely impressed and happy that I purchased an urn for my father with Kreidler. I did not have the best experience at another funeral home where I decided to carryout my father's viewing. They treat you with respect and compassion and I'm extremely grateful. From beginning to end you don't ask what or when, Kreidler is there every step of the way.
John Kreidler is rude and has no empathy for his customers. If someone reads this comment and says he must of had a bad day....think about the person's day he was speaking with....Kay was nice and she's the only reason I added a star. Because of his actions, we will not go back to them and we will not recommend them to anyone.
