Worst experience ever with this place today. I made it a point to call and confirm if they could custom make a mum for me and they asked what school and said yes. So I take off from my work site in Mission all the way to Pharr and stop by the bank to pull out money since they don’t take credit cards and I pull up to the place only to find out they have relocated temporarily. I had to call back get the address. Then when I arrive, the lady that was there goes back on her word and tells me I have to purchase from what’s already made. I decided to walk out and not purchase a thing. Going forward I will drive into another town and order my mum instead of supporting this business with lack of customer service. I’m absolutely disgusted, I thought I could count on this place since I’ve purchased from them before.
