Ordered online, had to ruin the surprise and call the recipient only to confirm that NOTHING had been delivered. Very disappointed. We live out of town and count on delivery service to surprise our family. This is the worst. No delivery. No money back. What kind of business is this?
There was an issue with the delivery related to COVID restrictions at the delivery destination. I provided a wrong number on the order. I called the store and they were very helpful and gave me several options on how to get the order out.
Placed order online for 'adventure duo' 2 mugs with chocolate covered strawberries and apple truffles. Didn't send mugs (because I was later told they were out of stock) and didn't notify me. Still charged full price. Didn't offer anything to make it right. Customer service is non-existent. No apology, just excuses. The red cardboard box supposedly is the substitute for 2 enamel coffee mugs. VERY dissapointed. I would read the reviews here carefully before ordering. The owners deserve to go out of business if they can't hire and train good employees. Didn't even offer an in-store credit or ANYTHING!
I ordered a fruit bouquet for my mom since I live in San Antonio and I wanted it delivered. Iris took my order over the phone and made helpful suggestions. They delivered a beautiful bouquet to her home. She is pretty picky, but she loved this bouquet. She said the shapes were well cut and arranged and the fruit was delicious. Thank you for helping me make her day just a tiny bit more special!
Order a one hundred dollar arrangement and got fruit that was spoiled.. my husband who received the arrangement has to throw away all the melon that was in the arrangement because it smelled nasty, the strawberries were black and the grapes were squishy very old .. never again will I order from this place very disappointed.
