Olga was amazing, called a few minutes before closing. Not only did she suggest a beautiful arrangement but was willing to wait for my arrive slight after closing time.

My husband and I got married January 2019 and this is not meant to sound hateful. I ordered white anemones for my bouquet and 1 anemone for my husbands boutonniere and unfortunately didn't receive either. Our wedding colors were blush pink and navy blue but my husband received a small PURPLE carnation for his boutonniere. I also ordered a flower crown for my big day with medium to small bloom white flowers and received small blooms only. We we're also promised a bouquet of red roses for the Virgin and did not receive that either. Because of this, our ceremony started 20 minutes late because my cousin had to rush to buy red roses last minute. We paid extra for the anemones and every time we called or went to the location to speak with Mariana, she was unavailable. Despite leaving messages regarding the matter, we we never received a call back. It's unfortunate that this happened on our special day but to never receive a call back regarding the matter is disappointing. Please consider this when booking.

I visited this flower shop on Friday and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience as I had hoped. The prices are very fair and the flowers are lovely, as are the products as well! But, the atmosphere is very tense. The first 5 minutes of my visit here were great but it all went down hill when a manager was getting after an employee in the middle of the shop where everyone could hear. Please have some decency to pull them aside next time. Not every customer wants to hear you mistreat an employee in front of customers over a messed up order. She literally told her employee “ get out of my face I’m not speaking to you.” Very harsh. Lovely shop, but the atmosphere and kindness towards employee’s isn’t quite there yet.
