This is my second time buying flowers from Lumiere, and they are amazing! The presentation is absolutely perfect, and they used excellent quality flowers on both occasions. I had called the shop due to my mistake scheduling the delivery and the gentleman who I spoke to said he could change the delivery date to the same day I called. EXCELLENT customer service. If you want excellent service and beautiful flowers then Fleurs Lumiere is the best in town. I will continue to buy my flowers here as long as they exist.
Special thanks to Alondra who helped me with my order, she was very professional and walked me through different options with very special detail, service was exceptional and delivered promptly also thanks to the Delivery person, person receiving the flower was very pleased. Delivery person was confused about where to drop of funeral arrangement. Made it sound to be a complex set of buildings when in fact the chapel was easy to identify out of the 4 buildings on site. The arrangement was not delivered in time and missed the service completely. I honestly feel the driver was just late and made up an excuse. We paid nearly $200 for an arrangement...it would have been nice to have been part of the service. But instead they missed the entire funeral. They did however ensure it was dropped off at the graveyard after burial was over...claiming they went above and beyond for us, however, they have to ensure delivery to someone so they get paid and not sued. They offered no discount or anything to remedy this situation.nI would think finding a chapel would be easier than finding a grave. Plain and simple...they were late and then sat flower shops never guarantee a delivery time. 2hrs late is s but excessive!!
I recommend this flower shop. I come here every year for my anniversary. They always get it right from what I request. They have everything a wife needs for a anniversary gift. My wife goes crazy after surprising her with the flowers and roses. Thank you guys!
