I only write reviews for great customer service and Ms Rosa truly did just that. With great customer service, she also made me feel like she truly cared about my mission to surprise my wife at work with the best flower arrangement, that not only impressed her, but all her co-workers as well. Well I'm happy to report mission accomplished!!! I wasn't the best customer either. I wanted my flowers delivered first thing in the morning, and called with some last minute changes. Ms Rosa made it all happen, and made me feel like it wasn't a inconvenience even though I know it really was. I highly recommend her to anyone and I'll be coming back to her next time. Thank you Ms Rosa if you read this!!! :)
