I had a client order flowers going to Grapevine. I chose Dalton's to fill the order. I gave them the address and phone number of the recipient my client had given me. Later that afternoon I was left a voicemail that the address was incorrect by Nona and she was sure to let me know she was the owner. I called back in the morning and Nona answered and let me know immediately she was the owner. Ok, then she immediately told me I gave her the wrong address, I let her know it was the address my client had given me. She was not having any of that and told me again it was my fault. She said they found the correct address very rudely, I was at a loss for words and said thank you and hung up. If you like to be belittled and treated with no respect, go ahead and give Nona a call.

I am very pleased with the arrangement that Dalton’s created today. I called in right after they opened and within 30 minutes, they had a beautiful arrangement which I then surprised my wife with as a birthday surprise. She loved the flowers! I will be back in the future and highly recommend Daltons!!

I ordered a bouquet online for my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After completing the order (very easy process), Wade gave me a call to confirm my order date, address, and reason for the flowers. He then asked me if he could get creative with the bouquet - I of course said yes and the result was magnificent! Wade was very kind and professional during the whole process.nnMore importantly - the flowers were stunning and the arrangement was spectacular. Thank you Dalton Flowers!
