ordered a basket for my wife for valentines day; my family wanted me to get something for our neighbors. was told that they had plenty and could just come by next day and pick something. Due to it being 2/12, they were out of nearly everything up front. The manager was very helpful and made everything BEYOND good. I will definitely come back for my chocolate strawberry occasions

I order from Edible Arrangements for friends and family. They enjoy the fresh fruit. I recently ordered the Create Your Own Dessert Box for my brother’s birthday, which was on Halloween. He sent me a picture. It was more than I expected! The presentation was beautiful and the fruit and cheesecake looked very fresh and delicious as always. They all enjoyed it! Edible Arrangements came through as always!

Worst customer service experience of my life. My fiancée and I come here regularly but when I came to get a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day (I came on 2/13) this was my experience:nnI came to the store and placed an order for the 12 chocolate covered strawberries for $39.99. Paid and left the store assuming everything was good.nnWhen I got home I noticed there were only 3 strawberries in the box along with some brownies and cheesecakes. Not at all what I paid $45 after tax for. So I called the store annoyed and was told to come back and they will “make it right”.nnI drive 15 mins back to the store and explain what happen and they hand me another box and don’t apologize or anything for the inconvenience.nnI walk next door to meet my fiancée who was getting some cakes and open the box to see another mistake!! There were 12 cookies in the box and ZERO CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES. So I go back to the store extremely annoyed and explain how they have given me the wrong order 2 times and taken up over an hour of my time waiting in line and driving to the store, and they once again hand me another box and send me on my way.nnNo apology, no discount ($45 for 12 strawberries is already ridiculously steep.) No free cookies or anything. Oh yeah, they took all the boxes of wrong orders that we had already opened back and probably sold them to whoever actually ordered them like nothing happened! Definitely not coming back after this experience.

Loved the arrangement of fruit. Also, chocolate covered strawberries were delicious.
