Everyone here treats us excellently. I have a geriatric cat and folks here have been helpful in giving her the best quality of life we can without charging us extra for unnecessary treatments etc. They explain everything thoroughly.
We recently had a house fire and our cat Meeko nearly died. Thanks to Greenfield Fire Dept., he made it out of the house alive but unconcious. Pioneer Valley Vet took him right away and gave him the life saving treatment he needed After, they also very generously gave us a break on the bill. I sincerely beleive they not only saved his life but also through amazing attention by the staff, saved his calm and affectionate nature. We are so thankful to pioneer valley and the amazing team.
Dr Underwood always takes time to explain options and diagnosis. Great with my dogs and friendly and helpful techs.
