The process was so amazingly simple. Carolyn made a hard situation so much easier than we thought. Our loved one died unexpectedly in another state and all of the arrangements were made. We simply had to wait for her to make her calls and our loved one arrived to us within a week and half. We have already recommended this service to other loved ones, especially those who travel and will make arrangements for ourselves using Neptune.
