My order was delivered. It was a cheap looking, sloppy arrangement for $120...not only were the flowers cheap looking, but they were DEAD! The card was wrong!!! I was offered a $15 credit...forget that! I have already sent a picture and filed a claim with my bank! What a fraud! Avoid this place like the plague!!!
Worst customer service and worst place to place an order for your flowers
Waiting since March 15 for the delivery...
I had a three day delay after the date they guaranteed for delivery. I called them, waited on hold so long it finally made me leave a voice mail which I did. Repeated my number and spelling of my name with my order number in the message. I also contacted them through the website. I received no response from either. The next day I called and emailed again. Still no response. Also received no response the next day. Very POOR customer service! I would not recommend them. I should get my money back.
Terrible service. Flowers never showed up and customer service adamantly tried telling me they were delivered at 12AM MIDNIGHT! Will be doing a chargeback with my credit card company.
