1st time there & very impressed. The 2 young ladies there were very helpful & went out of their way, by making 2 calls to find what I needed for a funeral. Service was outstanding & I will recommend to friends needing flowers.
I live in Dallas and needed flowers delivered to a gravesite in San Antonio. This is a difficult task to accomplish emotionally and they did a great job being compassionate with me over the phone! They delivered to the gravesite for me and then texted me a picture so I could see it! If you ever need a beautiful arrangement from a company that cares, the Bloom Shop in San Antonio is the one you should call!
The spray i ordered was ABSOLUTELY beautiful. It was made exactly as I ordered. I ordered over the phone and the young lady I spoke with was lovely. She was very professional and assured me that they would take care of me and they did. I always order from one of the well know company's because I'm use to seeing commercials. All my orders will now be done by Bloomshop.
Called today to order flowers. The gal who answered the phone was having a bad day and it showed. Not friendly at all. Took my business elsewhere.
