Everything Caroline did was wonderful - she was at ease not only with her clients but with us as a vendor. Always knew what to do and extrememly organized. A true pleasure to work with and highly talented as a planner. Definitely will recommend her to my brides in the future. Just an all around nice person that is fun to be around even when the stress is on.
I can't say enough good things about Caroline. We started planning our wedding two years ago and Caroline has been there every step of the way. One thing I was always impressed about with Caroline is that she always responded to my texts right away, even on her days off. We also got our florals done by Caroline and they were beautiful! I have no eye for any of that stuff, and she made everything look amazing with barely any input from me. I highly recommend having Caroline as your planner and florist, you will not be disappointed. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how well organized and beautiful our wedding was and it wouldn't have been possible without Caroline.
Caroline was so helpful and easy to talk to all the way through the process. Our planning sessions were great to keep me on task and she always had really good insights and suggestions when I wasn't sure what to do. When Covid affected some of plans, she went above and beyond to get back on track. On the day of, she kept everyone moving and on time and adjusted quickly with any changes. Caroline is one of the best wedding planners I have worked with to date! Her love for people, flexibility and creativity is unmatched! She truly thinks outside the book when it comes to design and problem solving, which I love! Communication with her is incredibly easy and she treats her clients like close friends. As a wedding photographer, I am always looking for wedding planners who truly care about their clients and aren’t cookie cutter in their approach. I cannot say enough good things about Social Planner Events! She is the perfect match for any couples that are laid back, yet organized and want a wedding that reflects their relationship and personalities!
Our original wedding was going to be held in San Antonio, so we hired Caroline since my husband and I live in Dallas. Two months into planning, we trashed it all and decided we wanted a wedding in Las Vegas. Our date was 4/4/20. Caroline helped plan everything – from the transportation to our schedules.nnTwo weeks before we were set to take off, COVID shut down everything. Things got chaotic: we tried to do something small in Austin, a ranch in dripping springs until ultimately, every place essentially shut down and we had to cancel everything.nnNot knowing when your wedding could happen or where was quite stressful, but Caroline was very flexible. We set a number of possible dates that we were all available for and literally took it day by day. Caroline contacted all of our vendors and got things rescheduled as soon as it looked like things were going to work out.nnDay of Caroline was like a mama bear protecting her cubs and it was A W E S O M E. Everything was well coordinated and if something wasn’t going right, she was already fixing it before we could notice.nnWhen you are looking for a coordinator for your wedding, I highly recommend Caroline. If she could go through all of that with us, she can do anything.
