I ordered a boutique for a relative that lives in the area. I was able to process the order online and got a good price for my arrangement. My family member loved it and was grateful for the wonderful birthday gift. So for that and the timely delivery I gave it 4 stars. I took one star because although the arrangement was nice, it was not reflective of the picture.
Hate to do this during these trying times. Trying to support local small businesses, but....nAbsolutely horrible! And customer service was even worse. Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. Flowers she received looked Absolutely nothing like the ones I ordered. Looked like a child made it. Gentleman tried telling me I got a better value with his substitutions. I told him I would have paid MORE money if the flowers had looked like the photo. They are not interested in making their customers happy. Take your money elsewhere!
My birthday arrangement was wilted and old!! Ugly! Tried to call to discuss it, no answer and mailbox full!
I visited to order a pall for my mom's funeral. This is a very busy and emotional time for my family. My experience here was just wonderful and took so much stress off of me. This florist has helped my family for many years and I will recommend them to anyone needing a florist. Thank you!
My mother purchased a replan table calla Lilly for my birthday/easter. What I received was two cut sprigs of a purple daisy like flower with some greenery in a basket. Definitely not comparable. The basket was delivered after noon on Friday and by Saturday at breakfast, the flowers had wilted. There was no water in the plastic tube and the stem was dry. When my mom called to let them know of the mistake- they offered a 25% discount for them to deliver the correct item.
