This florist is awesome!! Always do a wonderful job with arrangements we have ordered! The staff is kind and easy to work with and are very prompt in getting things done for you!nI got my in laws, mom, and friend who lost her dad an arrangement. All were beautiful and smelled great! The flowers were fresh and very pleasing to the eyes. They had to improvise on my mom's and friend's arrangement because of when I ordered but we liked the ones that were delivered better. So it all worked out!
Ms. MAGNOLIA needs some more phone etiquette training. Listen to your customers, tried talking over me several times. I don't know who you was yelling at when you said, First let me get your name. Took everything out of me not to be unprofessional over the phone.. Need to call Hillside Florist and see how Erica answers the phone. Never again.nnPs. Hope my order looks good!
Received the most beautiful, fresh Christmas flowers from my parents this morning. The roses smell amazing! The arrangement is perfect and very professionally done. The delivery driver was so cheerful and properly protected in her seasonal mask. ud83eudd70ud83dudc95ud83cudf39ud83cudf84
I ordered a dozen roses thursday 2/11/21 and a medium sized tan teddy bear and a heart shaped box of candy for a beautiful woman and she new they were to be delivered today on Friday 2/12/21 and Mary told me that they didn't show up now she is all made at me thinking I'm a lier when I paid 175. And now my girl didn't get anything.I tried calming her down tried to explain its a busy time of year but she wasn't having it.
