Thank you guys ALL THE WAY FROM TEXAS!!!! The arrangement was so nicely put together and turned out great. I called from Houston, TX on Monday and my birthday gift was delivered by Tuesday afternoon. The receptionist whom placed my order was very sweet and polite and reassured me that the birthday arrangement would be beautiful. Mid December, I was looking for a flower delivery in the area and found Monika's website. In the process of ordering online, I decided to call the shop to confirm the arrangement descriptions and availability. The lady was very nice and patient explained different options and knew about the service I was ordering the flowers for. The family who received the flowers were very pleased with the quality and the size of the arrangement. The lady texted and mailed me the receipt and notified me when the delivery was completed. I am very pleased with their quality of service and commitment to their customers. Keep up the good work Monika's.
