I love this place, I live well over 1,000 miles from my family and no matter what, my flowers are always sent in a timly manner. Lost cost for such beautiful flowers. I wouldn't use another place in the state!

Very Poor service, i made a online order day before Valentine’s Day and they told me when i called that morning that order would be delivered by lunch or a little after, i call back at 4pm lady tells me that orders is gone out for delivery and she would call me when it’s done, here it is 6pm and item still not delivered. I call back again only to get a attitude and short answer from the lady saying order is in front of her and going out soon. I said i thought you told me it was out for delivery, her reply “ well i thought it was gone ok”. Now day is almost over my ladies gift still not delivered. I will be filling and claim with my bank and will never do business with them againud83eudd2c
