I posted a web site order which needed to be modified and sent to my niece. I contacted the store and spoke to Dwayne (the owner). I explained who I was and what I needed to modify, he was very helpful and went out of his way to make the corrections and make and adjustment to the pricing. My error during check out. He adjusted the delivery date and was delivered as requested. My niece was very happy as I have the pic's of it delivered and after she finished eating it all. THANKS DWAYNE!! Great experience, Great service and will use your store again.
I placed an online order at this location, however a different order was inadvertently delivered. I then spoke with Dewayne, the General Manager, who went out of his way to make it right. Dewayne is truly customer focused, caring about his customers and wanting them to have a good experience at Edible Arrangements. I will not hesitate to order from this location again. I ordered online and was amazed that the photo was exactly like what was delivered! The Happy Birthday sleeve was so cute and the variety was perfect. Resonably priced. I'll definitely order from them again.
I used this location for my mother's birthday. The arrangement was great! There was a small issue with the flowers that she told me about after, that she had called the store to see about. They went above and beyond to make it right. As a services/retail worker I really appreciate the level of excellence in this customer care. Well done.
