Placed an order online last night. Called to ensure it was going to be delivered timely today, and could not get an answer. Received a cancellation of my order via e-mail (went to SPAM) at 12:30pm, so had to scramble to find someone else to fulfill my order. I received a call from Carolina Floral Design at 1pm, saying they were glad I'd found someone else, but offering no explanation as to why they took my order and then cancelled it. I'm sure there was some emergency there at the store, but the communication was unacceptable.
I am a grandmother who lives in Colorado Springs Colorado in order to birthday balloons with a teddy bear for my granddaughter lives lives in Beaufort South Carolina. They made it so simple and easy. What touched my heart the most was after my granddaughter pick them up, the shop called me and told me how beautiful and happy my granddaughter looked on her birthday ... Now that is amazing customer service!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother who lives on Lady's Island at 9am. She texted me at !0:02am thanking me for the beautiful flowers. It doesn't get any better than that!
Just love them. Always the most beautiful arrangements.
I receive a weekly arrangement from this shop and they are always fabulous
