Took cat in for ear problems because South Boston location vet was out for the week. Staff was pleasant enough, though not very welcoming. Neither the vet assistant nor the vet introduced themselves when they entered room. They barely greeted us, to be honest. Cat was diagnosed with an ear infection, but vet said ear had a lot of wax so she couldn’t really see, yet she didn’t clean his ear to get an accurate look. Cat has been on antibiotics for almost two weeks, but still has symptoms. I hope her diagnosis was correct. I was also put off because no one explained how long to administer meds, what to expect from cat for next few days, when he might show improvement, etc. They didn’t even offer to schedule a follow up appointment. Overall I was disappointed with this clinic and I don’t think I will be returning.
