The best most friendly staff! The quality is outstanding and I love coming in with my little dog, they always give her a treat and she get so excited to go to the gardens!
Excellent selection of gardening plants, flowers and more! If you have a question of any kind there are experts to help. Tools, seeds, mulch, succulents and trees are all available. What a wonderful neighborhood store! They also have a gorgeous area where you can have your wedding!
The staff was very knowledgeable, they also had a great variety of things to cover indoor and outdoor needs
I've gone twice and both times experienced the same woman working there openly berating the men working there. Does not make me want to go back. I did have great customer service from 2 gentleman there. They answered my questions and one even carried some bags of soil for me.
I had gone to Lowe's and home depot and got no help at all. I left both disappointed. I was looking for window boxes and clips and flowers and I'm inexperienced in this. I found western and went in and found a cute little blonde lady in a hot pink shirt right away. I told her what I needed and she immediately took me to plants and explained them all to me and told me what would be best for my balcony. She kept my budget in mind as well as keeping it beautiful and easy for for me. Low maintenance. I spent more than planned only because I misjudged prices but I'm very happy with my purchase and experience I got at Western. I will be back.
