I came with no idea what to order but gave them a few details about what I needed to flowers for & the designers did an absolutely phenomenal job with my arrangement.
Great experience. Needed some flowers for an anniversary dinner. Ran in, saw the flowers I needed, got a few suggestions on what to add to the bouquet and some helpful tips on keeping them fresh. And was out before I knew it. Will definitely be back
I have been getting my flowers here for the past 3 years or so and have NEVER been disappointed once! Customer service has always been spot on, along with the flower presentations and delivery times! They also offer military discounts which not everyone does, so I greatly appreciate it. Thanks For outstanding service, Flower Patch!
Ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter at her school on her Birthday & was told they were delivered at 10 am over the phone, which she never got. I then went in to the location I purchased them from and was told they had been dropped off at noon (which again she never got) I contacted the school who stated they were sent back,as they are not allowed to receive deliveries for students. While at the store the girl stared there is nothing they can do. I asked wouldn't there have to be a signature of some kind when dropped off she stated no. I am still waiting to speak with a manager about this. Although the girl was very nice, the fact is my daughter is still without her arrangement & their policy is really messed up. Unless this is fixed today I will not be coming back or suggesting this place to anyone.
