A joyful loving voice answers the phone, Bella's Floral and Designs, this is Lisa. My first question to her. Are you still making deliveries in Wilkesboro.Yes, she answers. Being familiar with different flowers and having ordered countless of arrangements in the past. I tell her what I'm looking for colorful vibrant beautiful flowers. Lily's, Sunflowers, Gerber Daisies. She informs me that yes they can make me a beautiful arrangement and deliver on Christmas Eve. Wow! Perfect! I made sure to let her know that, I had called her competitor. Was on hold for 15 minutes only to be told three different times that they could not deliver an arrangement in the area for me. Like a Gracious Angel she assured me that my arrangement would be delivered Christmas Eve. I requested for a photo to be sent to my personal number. No problem, Lisa says. The next morning as I awaken, a text from Lisa with a beautiful picture of my arrangement. In my mind I thought WOW! What Great Customer Service. I must share this story. Bella's Floral & Designs, will definitely always get my business when I need flowers in the Wilkesboro area. Thank You, Lisa

Absolute perfection! Lisa communicated so well and sent me pictures over a period of months before the wedding, making sure she knew exactly what I wanted! They are so gorgeous and could not have asked for better service and such a beautiful finished product! She not only did my bouquet, she also made all the arrangements for the tepee and the babies breath in the gorgeous mason jars. She will make your dreams come true and this large job was no challenge for her talent! Can not thank her enough or recommend her more!

I wanted to send an arrangement to a friend who just lost her mother and called Lisa because of her reviews and beautiful pictures on her website . I decided to let her create an arrangement that was colorful and “happy “ that would let our friend how much we loved her. She delivered the arrangement the next day and sent me pictures as I lived out of state. It was the most beautiful arrangement and I could see the love and care that went into her creation. Thank you!!!!

Very Excellent service!! I called from out of town the day before around closing time and the next MORNING she had my flowers done and delivered! They were so so beautiful and even better than what I had imagined! She made sure to send me pictures before they were delivered..just all around amazing! Such a sweet person too!! Highly recommend!
