Kramer Family Funeral & Cremation

My father recently passed away and we discovered Kramer family funeral home. Josh was great with helping us understand how the process would go and went above and beyond what we could have expected. We recently lost our mom in March and the funeral home we went through for her wasn’t even close to how great Kramer was. They let us do some stuff for our mom that the other funeral home didn’t even offer. I 100% recommend Kramer family funeral home if you are in the tough position of having to plan a funeral or cremation. They are very respectful of how you want things to go and seem to bend over backwards to help. Thank you Josh for being so great.

My father passed away May 31, 2020. Myself and my siblings sat by his side for the last 15 hours of his life until he took his last breath. Needless to say it was very hard to watch and emotionally we were devastated. My mother had made arrangements with Kramer funeral home a few days prior to his passing to take him north and have him cremated. We live in Central Utah so it was going to take them a few hours to get to his home to pick him up. Myself and my brother stayed with my mom until they arrived to take his body. When the Kramer funeral home van arrived there was only one person. He asked if we could help get my fathers body out of the house and into the van. I cannot even begin to describe the pain and utter torture it was for me and my brother to have to roll and maneuver my fathers lifeless body onto the cloth gurnee, as we buckled him in to carry him out the last buckle was broken and my brother had to tie it in knots so my father wouldn’t fall out as we moved him. Myself, my brother and my elderly mother helped this man carry my father from the house and down the stairs to the van. I still see my fathers face as we carried him out to the van and the look on my brothers face as he his heart was shattered into a million pieces. No family should ever have to experience the pain of removing a loved ones body after watching them die. Myself and my brother are deeply traumatized from the experience. Removing his body was harder and more painful then watching him pass. To add insult to injury the funeral home called my brother a few days later as he was the contact person for funeral home and told my brother they had his body at the funeral home.. they had my brothers name as the person deceased instead of my fathers name. Kramer funeral home also offered to get us his body back faster if we paid more. I feel like this company is grossly negligent and they caused a lot of trauma and heartbreak to my grieving family. I hope no other family will have to experience this kind of pain from this company.

My Papa passed away and I had no idea what to do. The night he passed and was taken from the nursing home he was at I was heart broken and not thinking about arrangements. The home called a different funeral home to pick him up originally. My aunt and I got the run around and I felt like they were car salesmen, never getting a strait answer. It was horrible! My cousin looked up Kramer and told my aunt about their great reviews and transparent fees. We paid what we owed the other funeral place and Kramer pick up my Papa. Josh made sure we understood everything and laid out all of our options. They we truly amazing, professional, caring, and I never once felt like I was on a sales floor. They made one of the worst times in my life manageable. I would recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you all so very much!
