I was faced with some very difficult decisions while trying to do right by my 36 year old brother who had just passed. Called many crematoriums trying to find out everything I needed to...no matter how much I found out I still felt lost untill I called here and Michael answered....he was very kind and helpful in such a wonderful way. Everything he said was straight forward with no hidden agenda which was much needed. After we spoke he drove out to our house so we could start the process which I didnt expect....thought I would have to go out there. He was very pleasant in person and answered every question we had. He kept me updated through the process. Michael even hand delivered my brothers remains and belongings to me at my house. I highly recommend them as a business and definitely recommend seeing if Michael is available to help with your process.
I recently used Cremation Services to have my grandfather cremated. Not only were they the most affordable option, but their level of service far surpassed my expectations. I worked with Sue Blair who was amazing. She helped me through the process and went above and beyond. They picked my grandfather up, performed the cremation, filed the death certificate, allowed us to use our own urn, filled multiple pieces of urn jewelry and even mailed these items to us for no additional cost. They even delivered my grandfather’s remains to our church and gave us a register book for the church services, which was a special touch. I highly recommend them. If you are reading this, please know that I am sorry for your loss and I am writing this review to help people know how easy Cremation Services was to work with. May they help you through your difficult time also.
I guess this is how the world is now a days. My Mother in laws ashes were shipped to us in a reused Amazon box. Not only is this morally wrong but it is very sad for us to receive her ashes in this sort of manner. It doesn't matter how much money we have or don't have this place could have taken a bit more caring approach to our loss. This saddens me to no extent. I hope they don't do this anymore to someone else's family. I work for the post office as a mail carrier and I have delivered many loved ones to their family. Never before in my history of 13 yrs as a carrier have I seen cremated remains shipped this way ud83dude25 I am sure they would not be happy to receive their loved ones arrive in a reused Amazon box .
