Oh my goodness where do I begin. Minister Hanes is a Godly man, he worked with me on my brother sudden passing. This was my very first time ever having to do this and the Minister walked me through this step by step. God definitely had a hand in our meeting, I don't live in Durham but my family is originally from Durham. I told my husband without a doubt I would totally invest in remodeling Minister Hanes funeral home should we ever come into monies to do so. The staff was nice but what I did not like was one of the staff members listening to music through his headphones(it was so loud I could hear the music) and singing while the preacher was preaching during my uncle's funeral. This was very disrespectful and this should never happen again. I did inform the owner( the man who picture shows up on their web page) during the service and he ignored me.
