If I could have posted a negative star I would have. Paid extra to be delivered a day before Valentine's day at three different locations.nThe delivery came a day after Valentine's day, and the flowers looked terrible.nWas sent a pathetic attempt (email) to make amends. I suggest delivering what was ordered at half off seeing all three (different addresses) were 2 days late.nSEE PICS OF FLOWERS
I ordered the highest package of floral arrangement and they promised delivery the next day. It took them 48 hours for them to deliver. This is ridiculous, especially for the cost. So disappointing. I will definitely not recommend their service to any family member or friends.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a company in years. Ordered flowers over a week in advance, paid extra to have them delivered before noon. When I reached out to customer support they just gave me a run around and didn't listen to what I was saying. I have requested a refund and got confirmation of a delivery fee refund so we'll see what happens. I'll post an additional review when I get my refund. Never order from this company.
Flowers never came. Ruined my anniversary! I’m working to get a refund! Edit, i got my beautiful flowers the next day and i still got a refund. So i changed it to 3 stars
Went to track my order the next day and found that ProFlowers had cancelled my order. Very disappointed! No phone call, no email, etc. All customer service said was that they have been experiencing fraud, it is refunded and that I could place the order again for another day. You missed the delivery date which was important... another order/day will not work.
