Highly recommend!!!nnI had an excellent experience ordering an arrangement for my mother in laws birthday today! I ordered last minute because I completely forgot (don't do that ud83dude2d). Mrs. Dottie was so nice and she took care of me. My mother in law loved her flowers. I cannot say thank you enough. Make sure you say hi to Mrs. Josephine if you ever visit Sam's Town. ud83eudd70

I ordered (with ease) sympathy flowers online this past Thursday for my aunts funeral which was arranged for today. I arrived to the facility early to make sure everything would be in place. Upon entering the sanctuary I noticed a few flowers on display but I did not see the ones I ordered. I asked the facility ushers if there were other flowers in the back they said no. From there I called A To Z Florist just to double check they had delivered them, the lady provided great customer service by giving me the time and location the flowers were delivered. For the above they receive 2 stars. However, the reason they lack the other 3 stars is simply because what was before me in the sanctuary looked NOTHING AT ALL like what I had ordered. This I shared with the lady from A to Z Florist which she responded by saying whoever shop it was shipped from did not have the doves that was displayed on the site. Well, fine time to tell me. I took a picture and will upload it to this review if possible.

People spend good money on flowers that are delivered on Valentine’s Day at the very end of the day and my name was misspelled on the card. There was not even a bow on the vase and the flowers looked like they were old. Even though I loved the thought behind the gift, the flowers were just awful and disappointing. This shop sure knows how to ruin special moments!
