I am in awe of the wonderful staff at Newbury Animal Hospital. My cat Monty, was recently ill and from the first phone call, I felt I was in excellent hands. As anyone knows who loves their animals, when they are ill, it is a stressful, taxing and very worrisome time. The staff and Dr. Salinger and Dr. Richardson reinforced my faith in human kind. They were attentive, took the time to answer any and all questions and never seem bothered if I had to call back with further questions. They were kind and loving to my cat and you can see how much they truly care and love the work they do. Zoe, who works the front desk is always reassuring and kind. Both Doctors were amazing and available. They checked in and made me feel like I was completely taken care of. This is the best vet I have been to and I am so thankful for their kindness and great work. Thank You for all your hard work and dedication!

I can’t say enough about Dr.Richardson and Newbury Animal Hospital. After a very stressful week and a short hospital stay for my sick Cavapoo she has been amazing! She has checked in several times over the last few weeks to go over test results and make some great medical recommendations that helped almost immediately. I highly recommend Dr.Richardson. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and has helped my dog through numerous medical problems.
Great vets. They go above and beyond. Helped me save my cat during a kidney failure crisis with 3 days of hospitalization and home care guidance.
