William C Harris Funeral Directors- Spanish Lake Chapel

I had my sister service at william c Harris funeral home. i pad 700.00 dollars for red and white flowers. Red was her favorite color.the flowers where suppose to match her and her children attire. Imagine coming in the day of service to yellow flowers.i was never notified there was a problem with her flowers.i have reached out to owner for refund.he said he would get back to me.he has not it's been a week. I contacted the BBB to solve this matter.you never ignore someone when you wrong always make it right with your customers.

The employees were very irresponsible and very disrespectful. My family had to drive 40 min to our burial site for my aunt and they waited last minute to tell 50+ people that only 10 people can get out of their cars at the burial site because of covid. Then when my family had to take a brief recess in order to adapt to the sudden change of plans they had a young funeral director in his 20s who was very assertive and overly aggressive with enforcing the covid guidelines rules. He had no discipline in controlling his tone of voice nor in his choice of words. All it takes is one or two kind and respectful reminders of the rules to get grown adults to abide. You should know not to repeatedly antagonize and interrupt a grown man or woman while they are briefly recessing with their family member at a funeral, as if you are enforcing children. These covid guidelines are really causing employees to have a decrease in their customer service and people skills because they have a ton of new excuses to antagonize and rudely enforce over people with simple rules. So whenever they are tired of serving you, they can legally, and rudely kick you out of your family funeral on the grounds of not staying in your car that is like 50 feet away from everyone else at the burial site. Come on now servants, we have to do better, be considerate and respectful and helpful to your customers. Don't forget that you are the one in service, and having stricter rules doesn't excuse you to poke your chest out and rule over your customers with an iron fist. You still have to be respectful and watch your tone with your customers, because it is them that are paying you! Thank you.

My mother looked beautiful and everyone was so professional to a tea. Awesome service all around!

My mom looked so great at her home going celebration. I was blown away with how on point her make up was the gentleman who did her make up did sooooo great! The service was great and professionalism . Christy was so helpful and nice ..

One of the workers was very rude and had a hostile tone with me and my cousin at our grandfather’s funeral. His name was misspelled on the board and he got snappy with my cousin when my cousin wanted to make sure it was fixed correctly. Also tried to force us to go inside to view the body when we clearly were not ready to. Don’t need to be in this profession if your people skills are horrible. Besides that the services were put together nicely but I wouldn’t be quick to recommend them just because of their rude employee.
