Where do I start? This place and everyone there is amazing! They are all so caring and work with each patient and parent to get the best outcome for your pet. I was referred to Back On Track Veterinary Hospital by a friend when I mentioned how healthy her dogs were at such an advanced age. I didn’t know it when we first started going that Dr Borgmeyer would save my service dog Dulci’s life by correctly diagnosing and treating 3 major health problems including cancer! All the docs are great (we see all of them but mostly Dr Borgmeyer) and so are the technicians and front desk staff! Very kind, professional, caring and really listen to the pet parents and work as a team with them to get the best outcome for your pet! There are no egos involved as the docs will refer out if something is beyond their scope of practice as they put your pets’ health first and foremost! They use both conventional and holistic methods to heal and involve the parents in this decision because they know that we know our babies better than anyone. They even have a discount program that earns you money off services! I’ve gone to many holistic vets and I can highly recommend Back On Track Vet Hospital as the best in the St. Louis area! I travel 30 minutes to get there and it’s always worth it! Love these people and clinic!

All the staff are professional and friendly. Bradi does a great job of grooming Charlie just the way we like. She also shows a true affection when she sees him. Staff have been going above and beyond since the pandemic. I feel totally comfortable using this facility.
The staff and Dr. Borgmeyer are EXCELLENT. Extremely compassionate and caring and so willing to answer questions. They are a wonderful team of knowledgeable animals lovers and I feel very confident leaving my sick dog (heart worm) in their capable hands. Thank you for the exceptional care you give JoJo.
Have taken my little dachshund beagle for chiropractic care. Amazing!nThe staff are friendly and Dr. Parker the chiropractor is amazing! She explained everything in detail and was very helpful. I just wish there was a way to see his reaction to the adjustment. Maybe a facetime or video?
