I called several clinic that day since my dog was bit in the ear and was bleeding. 2 other places couldn't be bothered w/out an appointment and stated they took walk- ins. But this place was kind, worked together w/me on the best solution, and didn't do anything unnecessary. Honest place, nice people and my dog was comfortable even she was hurt and at the vets.
This is my go to emergency vet. They are so nice! This visit ended up not actually being an emergency but in the past they have helped me out and I have always been satisfied with the care they've provided for my animals.
Kind, professional, and caring staff helped us say goodbye to our basset hound at the end of her cancer fight. They took special care to alleviate her pain and allow us to love on her a little more, and then they made sure we had options to remember her with a paw print and the ashes. Exceptional care at difficult moments.
I called about a concern I had for one of my dogs and I'm telling you the detail they went into to make sure my dog would be safe was amazing. They had to calculate medication and break it down to make sure my dog would be safe. I give them 5 stars!
We had to take one of our dogs in yesterday for a sudden onset of pain that had him crying and yelping (scary!). The staff was warm, friendly, and the process was easy. We very much appreciate the care our boy got and he is a lot more comfortable now and on the road to recovery! Dr. Allen explained everything very well and was so professional, knowledgeable, patient, and nice. We really love that our regular vet had already received the appointment details/paperwork the next morning when we called to fill them in and discuss any follow-up. Thank you all for being calm, cool, and collected while we were stressed about our dog! Every single person we interacted with was warm and explained everything thoroughly. We hope to NOT have to see you again, but if the need arises, we'll definitely be back.
