Banfield vets and staff are always the best caregivers of our dog Alvin. He always seems so excited to be at Banfield. They take a lot of precautions with all the animals and pets that go through their doors. We signed up for their monthly health maintenance and checkup plan that focuses on Alvin's wellness and preventing disease and unnecessary stress in his life and in our lives.
I can't say enough good things about Banfield. I've been to their location on Hwy K and in Chesterfield in Missouri, and to one in Dayton, Ohio. All of them have been great, and I love that no matter where you are the vets can pull up your pet's records and treat accordingly (even if you're on vacation). They are quick to fit you into their schedule, and if the location you call doesn't have availability they will call around to nearby locations for you to find one with an opening. They go super above and beyond. Ask about their yearly memberships which include free check ups, vaccines, and dental cleanings! They will also personalize your pet's membership to fit their needs - some pets may need blood work or other things that they can include in your plan. I could go on and on about how great they are and tell you about how much each individual I've came across at any Banfield location goes above and beyond and really cares about your pet and you, but I'll end my review by saying if you're on the fence please just give them a try!
