My dog, Whiskey, loves everybody at Barry Road, and I’m happy knowing she’s well taken care of. No matter if it’s just a regular check-up or an emergency trip after somebody got into the chocolate, Whiskey and I feel welcomed and in good hands. Money-wise, I’d say this falls in the middle of the line. If you’re used to small town prices, you might be paying more than you expect. But it’s much more affordable than lots of places and worth every bit.

Everyone here is so caring and professional. My cat Dash has oral cancer, and they have gone above and beyond to make the process of easing him towards a comfortable end. The best Vet clinic I have been ever used.

This was our first vet visit in about twenty years (when we last had a pet). We were completely impressed by the level of friendliness as we were greeted in the parking lot and again in the lobby and again in the patient greeting area. super nice and could really feel the love and concern for our kitten Lady Ash. We could tell by her behavior that she felt very comfortable and responded to the warmth and caring and had a really positive experience as well. thank you to the entire staff and a special thank you to Dr. Denise Montrose!

Very helpful. Took care of our dog and didn't pressure us into anything or try to upsell us! Dog / cat hair everywhere.

We have always trusted Dr. Johansen with the health of our cats, but since he is moving toward retirement, the service and the personal touch have been eroding. When we had to put our cat down a year ago in June, the attending vet was less than caring or sympathetic. Then, when we got 2 new kittens, we didn't know where else to go and thought we'd try again. We had to FORCE them to schedule us with Dr. Johansen after speaking to him about performing a procedure on our kittens. If we call, they put us on hold for a long time, sometimes hanging up on us. They prescribed a med recently for both kittens and brought it out to the car, but no directions with it at all. Had to call after arriving back home to find out what to do, etc.. When the circumstances are not life threatening, you tend to forgive and forget, but it is frustrating. My friend who had recommended Dr. Johansen, originally, to us, stopped going there because of an emergency situation with her cat that was handled poorly. The service seems to be headed in an impersonal direction and it saddens me. I don't want to go elsewhere, but afraid not to.
