I called late night because our 9 month old puppy somehow ate a whole box of her heart guard. I’m not a customer. Called because they were open. Even though I’ve never been there they assured me she will be fine. Saved me a visit to the emergency vet clinic. I thank them a million! We will be using them in the future.
Honest this probably the best vet in St. Louis and it won't literally break the bank. They have very fair pricing and an incredibly knowledgeable staff. This is now now my go to place.
This is by far the best veterinary practice around. They just moved into a new building so I hopenNothing changes (so far the pharmacy is a little bit of a pain to reach but service seems great still). My dog is 13 and has had several accidents and health issues that have brought him in to see nearly every vet for different reasons. Dr. White is our favorite but they have all been amazing and helped us equally. The pricing is fair and hours are super convenient!!
My dog had surgery at this facility and I am very pleased. Very caring and personable, and the actual doctors are even willing to talk to you on the phone. That doesn’t happen everywhere else, believe me. Due to this, I had to give 5 stars. Also they are very affordable. If anyone has any doubts on that, I used to go to Webster Groves AH and I would say many of their prices were TREMENDOUSLY more. I will say on one occasion though I left a voicemail (on a weekend or holiday) about a concern with my dog. The issue did resolve itself, but I never received a call back from that voicemail that was left maybe about 6-8 weeks ago.
Consistently the kindest animal caregivers I’ve ever come across!!! I drive 40 minutes one way to go to them after moving to Illinois. It’s very hard to find a vet that really understands the care you want vs the care you can afford. They work hard to find a solution to make everyone happy and healthy. -ud83dudc95mommy of a patient for life :)
