For the peace of mind we got we were pleased with the professionalism and caring interaction displayed by all staff. So, while it seemed expensive for a twenty-minute appointment for a dog it was worth it. The entire team was caring and thorough, almost too thorough. Dr. Felber was perfect. She obviously cares about her patients. She took the time to describe her findings in detail and gave us the news we most wanted to hear.

Since our introduction to CVCA after our Augie was diagnosed with CHF, we have come to appreciate more and more the amazing level of knowledge, care and kindness they have shared with Augie and us, as pet parents. Each staff member treats Augie with so much kindness and care that begins from the moment of greeting him through all of his testing, and especially during his recent hospitalization. Even in the busiest of times, they treated us, the pet parents, with compassion and take the time to gave us information in a way we can understand which leaves us feeling less stressed. Our deepest appreciation to everyone at CVCA for their welcoming, their kindness and their compassion since day one.

Thank you for helping us figure out what was going on with Ozzy (our 11 month old Boxer). We are forever grateful for your care and compassion! The Doctor was very informative, knowledgeable, and genuine. He and the staff made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions!

Also appreciated is the time taken by the doctor and staff to answer all questions - I never feel rushed. And finally, the quickness of sending a copy of the pet's medical report. Great job!!

CVCA has been exceptional in all areas of cardiac care for my kitty! The kindness, friendliness, and calm manner of everyone from the receptionist to the doctor has always been incredible! They take such great care of my kitty who is always so scared to be there, but they are so calm, quiet, and wonderful with him and he does really well there. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs cardiac care for their fur baby!
