Our puppy unexpectedly has had some behavioral issues and Dr. Brooke has gone above and beyond to help us and to coordinate with our trainer to provide complete care for our puppy. She has been compassionate and helpful and reassuring every step of the way. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Highly recommend!

They definitely live up to their name. I've never had a vet so available for questions. We started seeing Dr. Hain because I got a new rescue pup and I was concerned about walking dandruff. She did not do a skin scrape (that I requested) because she didn't think it was necessary from visual inspection, which I deeply appreciate because who wants to pay for unnecessary interventions? I emailed a question about parasite control and she called me leaving a thorough explanation.nnWhen he revealed behavior issues a month later and I requested treatment, she called me to discuss the problem and we came to a solution and treatment (WITHOUT another office exam/call fee.) Most offices will nickel and dime (or even gouge) you to death for every little thing. This office is a breath of fresh air.

I have been bringing my kitty Zoey here for about a month now. She has kidney failure and needs SQ fluids. I was unsuccessful at doing them at home. Compassion veterinary has been BEYOND WONDERFUL AND PATIENT with me bringing her in to have the techs do her flush. I am hoping to be able to do this myself at some point. Compassion vet has been prompt, courteous and caring to my sweet kitty and myself as well. I am so glad to have been recommended to bring her here through my significant other. I went to see Dr. Adriane Shell at Compassionate Veterinary Center after 2 different vets diagnosed my dog as having probably liver disease / cancer and 2nd said heart disease and she was just old. Dr. Shell did an unbelievably thorough deep dive into Patch's records and history and her gut was right: Patch actually has thyroid disease (versus liver cancer or heart disease). I can't say enough about my delight in finding a vet who takes the time to listen and do a thorough review!! Highly recommend!!!

Every single person here is amazing, hands down. Not only are they patient with our pets, but also with us since we are overbearing, helicopter pet parents. 3out of our 4 pets are rescues with Rough pasts and the staff here knows exactly how to handle their needs. We appreciate how well they’ve taken care of all of our pets. 10/10 will always recommend!
