I filled out their initial application and no one has gotten back to me it's been about a month now and I filled it out twice
Where to start.....Dr.Chris Martin is amazing! And his staff, especially Ms. Michelle, are awesome-she takes the time to talk to you about your worries and concerns, and is very empathetic. Always a pleasure ud83dude0a (maybe not for my pup), but I know my animals are in the best hands, from staff to vets!
This place is absolutely absurd. They tried to charge us $800+ to have our pup neutered. We asked them to go line by line of what the charges were. Over $300 of unnecessary “routine” charges. The vet was also extremely rude and unprofessional at every visit. We all want what’s best for our pets, not to pad pockets and verbally assault owners.
My husband and I just moved to the area and I recently brought my cat in for bladder issues and I honestly couldn't have brought him to a better place. Dr. Martin is kind, attentive, and will be there with you every step of the way. He called me with every update, helped me find the most financially conservative option while also giving my pet the best care. I will definitely be bringing my pets back.
Recently started coming here and this place is excellent. Very friendly and professional staff. Thank you guys all so much.
