My mother in law’s funeral was here. They did a great job. Brandy was particularly helpful and understanding. The visitation, funeral service, graveside service and burial all went off without a hitch. There was a bit of confusion initially about whether the service was to be held in West Monroe or Monroe, but that was quickly resolved. The facilities are great including their florist who did a fabulous job. I recommend them.
Even in the hardest of times through different grandparents and family members passing, they have made it a celebration and beautiful remembrance of them. Thank you for making some of the the hardest days a little bit easier and a whole lot brighter.
My Brother used them to have flowers delivered for my birthday.nI was at work when they were delivered at 10am, they left me a note on my door to call, I called them and asked if they would re deliver the next day and gave permission to leave the flowers on my porch, they agreeed, the next day I still didn't have my flowers, I called at 2pm and found out they were still in the cooler and was told that they would NOT re deliver them, that the delivery fee my brother paid for only included a one time delivery, the first one when I was working.nI had to pick them up myself. Very inconvenient.nThe flower arrangement was beautiful, the customer service was terrible.
These are some of the best people I know. They feel more like family. They make some of the hardest times in your life a little better by the attention they give you & ensuring your loved one's wishes are taken care of. Thanks guys for always being so great!
When there is I need they are a class act everything is perfect pretty much cannot beat their service
