Susan and the entire staff at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home were caring and went above and beyond in all aspects of the wake and funeral. That kindness and professionalism helped in our time of sorrow.
We live out of town and had to arrange services for my brother-in-law over the phone. Susan went above and beyond to help with everything, she must have made an extra dozen or more calls all over the place to get information and get everything arranged. I would highly recommend Douglas and Johnson if you need to make arrangements for a love one.
So kind, compassionate,caring,witty,helpful in this sad time..Paul C..the director made our time making arrangements easier than we thought it would be..
Inability to promptly update the Guest Book. In the instance there is short Notice, that should be an extraordinary consideration.
