I just stopped in to pick up my wife some flowers she was not feeling well. I met who I think was the owners and they were very polite and courteous and I got a beautiful bouquet of flowers.n3 1/2 days later they are not showing any signs at all of fading. They still look great!
It's more than a florist. Lots of decor for a home or business. I was looking for a gift to go on the porch of a business. I found windchimes. The ladies were helpful. The shop was fun to browse through. Indoor and outdoor plants as well as flowers are sold there.
I've ordered from here before when I lived out of state, so this was the first time I was in the store. Lots of great stuff to see and very helpful staff. I will be back
I contacted them because I was having difficulty getting flowers delivered by one of the big name on line floral organization. They were incredibly helpful and kind and took my order over the phone and said they would deliver the flowers that day! Thank you so very much for your kind quick service!
The best customer service ever. After dealing with another florist for three days and giving up I called Cleveland Florist 45 minutes before they closed. They came through with a beautiful arrangement and delivered it an hour away. We will always use them for our floral needs. Thank you Cleveland Florist.
