The customer service at Betty’s was absolutely amazing. I called from California looking to order my girlfriend some flowers, who lives right in the Covington area. The lady on the phone was beyond nice and made the entire process so easy. I simply told her that my girl loved Daisy’s and that the prettiest bouquet would make her day. Bettys bouquet put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement and she loved it. Thanks for doing such a great job. Whether I’m home in Georgia, or on the road working if I ever need flowers I know exactly where to come.

Just left their shop, bought flowers for my mother in law. Staff is friendly, very helpful, patient and the arrangements were BEAUTIFUL! Good customer service+ good product=5stars! Thank you.
