We boarded our bird at this “Aviation Specialist” veterinarian. We picked him up 5 days later dead in a box. His cage had molded food and cloudy water with a film on it...clearly he starved to death. We never received a sympathy card or an explanation at the time. Oh and we still had to pay the full price of boarding, even though he was dead several days. It was very traumatic for our family.
Vet Dr Wallace is a quack. Can't sex a glider. Said my girls testicles looked great. And said a boy was a girl SMH. I honestly figured he wrote it down wrong except the receptionist are been rude as hell to me lately. They keep telling me they going to call me back and let me know about prices and they never do so my husband called for me and suddenly they can tell him instantly they don't have to talk to the doctor. Whole office is a disaster...
Funny how I wrote a 1 star a few months ago and it's now been deleted. Once again my wife called to make an appointment with our vet. Our dog has been throwing up for now a week and she needed to be seen by someone. We call and again they can't bring us in. I have no earthly idea how this place does buisness .I have never in my life heard of a vet that turns you down because they are booked. What is the point of having you. If anybody has been having issues with this vet there's an alternative. The emergency vet in Brentwood is great. They have taken us Everytime and are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Not to mention the prices aren't that bad considering it's a 24 hours vet. I really hope people start opening there eyes to how incompetent this place is and go elsewhere. Terrible customer service as well.
