Banfield Pet Hospital

I absolutely love this location. Their love for all the pets is energetic and genuine. I am an anxious pet momma so any little thing happens out the norm I am calling and bringing her in. I love that I have a trusting vet for my Cora.

Customer service was excellent. My dog Nubian was well taken care of, and came home happy

Disappointed and shocked. I feel they need to change the name that doesn’t include the word Hospital. I was searching for place where I can take my pup near me. Took my pup yesterday because he was not feeling well and this was the near my residence. I was told there is no walk-in up until a certain time (mornings only). I was also looking to start a long term care service for my pup but was turned off when told if the vaccine were not up to date , my pup couldn’t be seen. My intention was to find a place for all my pup care but clearly this is not place. For these reasons , I just do not see myself doing business with them and will not recommend either.

I had a really bad experience. I brought my two dogs in for a nail trim. When it was time to pay, I asked for the Senior discount (I'm 62). They said no because I'm not the primary on the account (my wife is). I had ID - they could have easily verified the address was the same as the one on record for my wife, but they refused. If I could have left zero stars, I would have!!! I'll never be back!
