I urge anyone looking to buy their special someone a beautiful arrangement of flowers to look no further than this great establishment. Doug is extremely helpful and friendly and goes out of his way to be very considerate of his customers and makes sure your money goes to the best flowers.
These are probably the most beautiful and fragrant flowers I have ever received. I loved them so much I had to order flowers from the same shop for my co-worker's birthday and once again absolutely stunning.
Doug is a great guy to talk to over the phone. I live 400 miles away and know l can rely on him to take my vague suggestions and turn them into a beautiful bouquet. Plus he stays within whatever budget l explain l can afford. Deliveries are always on time or early!
I live in New York and needed to send flowers for a birthday to a restaurant in Doraville GA. I googled florists and found Doug Ruling Flowers, gave them a call, spoke to Doug, he was extremely accommodating, he explained cost and what to expect, I offerd to spend more but he felt what he recommended would be perfect, within an hour he texted me pics of the arrangement, wow, beautiful!, better than our expectations, I highly recommend Doug, he was better than fair, professional and accommodating, he made everything easy, and put together a beautiful arrangement, thank you Doug
