I was very satisfied with the care that my dog's Beauty received.

This place has horrible customer service. YOUR PETS ARE NOT SAFE HERE!!!! The doctor likes to insult you and has no professionalism. A vet should know that your pet is your family member and you expect her to take good care while in her facility. COVID allows them to hide more since they keep you outside and take forever to service the pets. The staff just follows orders. If you don’t have the empathy and training to treat animals especially family pets then she needs to get out of the business. I will never take my dog here again!nnThis is an addition after her response. They called me ten minutes after I posted my review asking me to remove my review. She is falsely responding saying they didn’t charge me when they in fact did and I demanded a refund after poor service. I can upload my bank transactions proving this. Not only this, she insulted us over the phone after refusing to speak to us in person. When her worker took my card a second time in order to refund the transaction, they took entirely too long holding my card. If you wanted to make it right by refunding the charge then do that and accept losing a customer. But don’t call and threaten when I post a review of my experience. Regardless of how long you’ve been in business, your handling of my pet and the disrespect you showed during and after the fact are unacceptable! As stated before, we will never seek your services again. And these other bad reviews show your true unprofessionalism, as well as these tasteless responses you leave.

Dr Bryant and her team always takes great care of my dog. I highly recommend their vetinary services!
