Great customer service the front desk lady always makes you seem like family even over the phone...
New Dog owner!! My yorkiePoo was given to me by a young lady that couldn’t afford to take care of her, I called Red oak and the front desk receptionist was very help and got me a same day appointment to get my coco Vaccinate. The Dr and staff was so informative and professional and of course they loved my CoCo, this is our new and permanent Vet..
No one answered the phone. Waited for call back never got one.
They are taking great care of my dogs. Extremely affordable. I wish I would have come here sooner.
I absolutely love this place! The veterinarian is so accommodating. He worked us in even though I had mistaken the appointment date.The workers are very nice people also.
