ALWAYS TAKE THE LONGEST TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOU! As much money as I spend just acknowledge us as customers when we come in. Banfield is just an in and out clinic. In my opinion they do not provide the loving care that you would expect for the money you spend.

I called and spoke to a lovely lady named Milan, She was super helpful, friendly, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I have never had a better customer service experience. She made my whole day. I've been having issues since I moved to L.A from ATL and she made sure everything was seemless and got me on the right track. Thank you so much Milan you are incredible and they need to have you at the top of their corporation. As a matter of Fact you made me go back to Banfield.

They save my puppy's life. What turned out to be my puppies first shots they discover an issue with her and went to work on the issue. Thank you soon much.

Poor Customer Service and I haven't even stepped foot in the facility. They cancelled my appointment because they said I didn't confirm. I called to confirm they didn't answer. Then the woman on the phone proceeded to tell me what time I received a message from them when clearly voicemails are timestamped so I'm pretty sure I know what time I received a message and it was not the time she insisted. So she says she'll check with the doctor. Comes back and says we can come but there will be a wait and she can't say how long. So basically I'm being punished when all I'm trying to do is get my puppy to the doctor. What happened to the customer always being right??? And I still have to give them my money! This Will be my first and only time coming here. Highly disappointed! B.T.W. my appointment still wasn't for 3 more hours when we spoke.
