Awesome staff and care for our sweet new goldendoodle puppy. Dr is SO amazing and patient. They take wonderful care of our sweet baby and he loves visiting. Now that's saying something!
I was looking for a new vet nearby so I read through the reviews for BuckHaven. I encourage everyone to read how this business responds to negative reviews and constructive criticism. They are unprofessional, petty, and combative. I'm honestly secondhand-embarrassed for them. I now have zero interest in giving them my business. I hope they consider working on their customer service because they're losing customers before they even walk through the door. Working with animals doesn't give you license to behave like one.
I don't write reviews often, or ever, but Dr. Holzwarth is easily the best vet we've ever had and quite possibly better then our own doctors. He's thorough and very communicative. Cant recommend him enough
Dr. Mark and Dr. Jonathan are both wonderful, along with the rest of the friendly staff. They always take great care of both my dogs. Only downside I would say, at all, is they are pretty pricey. But it's definitely worth it, they really care about the animals and provide excellent care.
