I adopted my cat a little over a month ago. She came home with ear medication but outside of that was deemed healthy.nnAbout a week into having her I noticed that she was extremely lethargic, had a loss of appetite, was vomiting and having diarrhea and she had a HUGE distended stomach. All symptoms of worms. After calling and not being able to get an appointment for over two weeks I was finally able to bring her in and was told that she was “just fat” and had hernias and that there was nothing they could do.nnAfter taking her to a different (reputable) vet I was told that she had a major tooth infection which required surgery and extraction. The vet told me that she did not have any hernias and was misdiagnosed.nI am now treating a severe case of worms that has left my cat extremely ill. This could have easily been prevented if she was given the proper care.nnI have now payed close to $1,000 in vet bills. If they had just told me they couldn’t do it I would’ve just gotten it taken care of immediately. I feel like I was lied to so that they didn’t have to pay for the cost of her treatment which resulted in her being sick for way too long.nnI’m sure they do a fine job when rehoming animals that do not have any preexisting medical problems but leave the sick ones untreated for the new parents to take care of.nnI wish I could say my experience was better and I do not regret adopting her because I have a cat who I love dearly. But PLEASE do better this is not okay.

Staff was very nice and professional. Prices are very good! They have a great feral cat program which is what service i needed them for.

This is a great organisation In which they are doing great things. I was looking for medium sized pet for my apartment and the person there recommended a dog that truly needed to have a yard because he was to high on energy to be in an apartment. Cost for adoptions are low, I do recommend having your own list of questions about the process and pet needs.

I took my kitten to get spayed two days ago and they were fantastic! Super friendly, affordable, and quick! There covid process is very reasonable and they move through it as quick as possible. They are very thorough with instructions for before and aftercare and the medication I received came with great instructions as well. I will be back in the future when I get more animals!

Beautifully kept and nice shelter; cats have indoor and outdoor space. FELV cats are kept separate and safe. I got my baby here and the fee was $65. They also offer low cost vet services. Come here if you want to meet 100 different cats.
